Ola Stene-Johansen
Group CEO
Holder of a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. Extensive experience in business development across multiple startups in real estate, brewery, fashion, and consumer electronics. Previously served as CIO of his Family Office. Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Lokotech AS.
Christoffer Løvdal
Interim CFO
With a strong background in real estate and financial leadership, Christoffer brings extensive executive experience to Lokotech. Previously served as CEO of Brække Eiendom and managed a substantial property portfolio at NorgesGruppen. At Lokotech, he oversees financial operations and corporate treasury, contributing expertise in capital markets and structured growth planning.
Ruben Gómez
Powerpool CEO
Spanish mathematician and technology entrepreneur with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computing from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Over six years of hands-on experience in cryptocurrency mining and system optimization. Founder and CEO of PowerPool Mining SL, a multi-algorithm mining pool. Following Lokotech Group AS's acquisition of a majority stake in PowerPool, he took on the role of CEO of the joint venture. Currently also serves as Project Lead and Board Member of Lokotech AS.

Yngve B. Johansen
Chairman of the Board
Cand.scient. in physics from NTNU. 24 years in technology development for the oil industry internationally (9 years at SLB, 4 years at Statoil, 13 years at AkerBP). Currently R&D Manager for AkerBP's Business Unit Subsurface. Broad technology network within academia and industrial R&D, with board experience in several Norwegian companies.
Hans-Jørgen Fosse
Board Member
M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Electronics developer and team leader with broad experience in product development and production. Currently serves as Chief Product Officer at VersaPower AS.
Ståle Flataker
Board Member
Cand.scient. in Macroeconomics from the University of Bergen. Norwegian energy professional and entrepreneur spanning financial trading, renewable energy, and consumer innovation. Senior Originator at Statkraft, Europe's largest renewable energy generator. Founder and Chairman of Babliss AS, behind the globally successful baby rocker Sleepytroll®.
Susheel Nuguru
Board Member
M.Sc. in Electronics from Tampere University of Technology. Senior Software Designer at Nokia, Ericsson, and ARM. Currently Senior Engineering Manager at Nordic Semiconductor ASA. Served four years on the board of Nordic Semiconductor (2018–2022). Board member of Lokotech Group AS since 2023.
Kristin Åbyholm
Board Member
M.Sc. in computer technology from NTNU and Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School. 15+ years in IT-tech companies across Oslo, London, and San Francisco. Several years of board experience with listed companies.
Christian Rustad
Board Member
10+ years in cryptocurrency mining as both miner and consultant. Previously worked in Crypto Cipher & Electronic Warfare for the Norwegian Air Force. Extensive experience in IT infrastructure for blue-chip clients in public and private sectors. Co-founder of Lokotech AS and previously Group CTO of Lokotech Group AS.
